To be a volunteer site steward, you must be able to:

be enthusiastic with a positive attitude
be organised with good time management skills
be an excellent communicator
work as part of a team
be willing to undertake relevant training courses
maintain a high level of confidentiality
communicate to the appropriately qualified member of staff any problems or concerns
maintain acceptable standards of practice
have a flexible approach to service needs
treat people with dignity and respect
show resilience when dealing with potentially distressing situations
provide proof of COVID Vaccination status (e.g. COVID passport)
