As Head of Operations for Bolton GP Federation and GM Federations, I hold accountability for the implementation, mobilisation and continued oversight of all services and projects. 

I also play a key role in facilitating collaboration among ten primary care localities across the region, implementing various initiatives. 

This year I have worked alongside senior colleagues playing a key role in launching several new projects including a system-wide lipid optimisation programme, extending the service provision provided at our Bolton Health Hive and facilitating a winter pressures scheme to support practices with extra capacity.

This year, I am excited to join the Urgent Care Board and contribute to shaping the future of our urgent care system.
