I have worked within the NHS for 30 years and have experience across specialist and teaching hospitals, primary and community services. Having worked for the federation since 2016 I have seen it grow from strength to strength. My role as Head of Business Management involves looking after finance, quality, HR and the business function. In addition to this, I am also the Company Secretary for the federation.

My biggest achievement is being involved in the overall growth of the organisation, growing the team and the services we deliver. With the introduction of the Primary Care Network DES in 2019 as part of the long-term plan, the role of the federation was to support PCNs in delivering the DES requirements.

The success of the organisation is down to our team, and I am proud to have been a part of this team since 2016.
