I have been fortunate to work within the federation for three years. Starting as a Deputy PCN Manager, I have had the opportunity to grow and now hold the role of PCN Manager for two Primary Care networks – Rumworth & Central.

My primary objective remains the same as last year: to support my Clinical Director and the wider PCN in meeting their contractual requirements and providing them with the necessary support. My support can encompass project management, financial management, workforce management, and strategic planning.

My vision for the upcoming year is to address health inequalities to ensure that every patient has equal access to high-quality care from both healthcare and social services.

I cherish my role within the federation and the PCNs. I feel fortunate to be part of two strong PCNs. Finally, the consistent support and guidance from my Clinical Directors enable me to successfully fulfil my PCN Manager responsibilities.
